Operation Homebase is a two-year plan. In our first year, our plan is to raise a total of $250,000 that will go towards a Down Payment, Renovations of a Building Space, and Outreach Equipment. In year one, we will also begin our research for a building space that will be adequate for the diverse group of people who attend Compass. In year two, we will identify our homebase, make renovations to the building space and take occupancy.
14 “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. 15 No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father." Matthew 5:14-16 NLT

What is Operation Homebase?Operation Homebase serves as the name for our campaign to begin our venture of identifying a future home for Compass Community Church. Over the years, we have lived out the words of our mission, "to be a place of love and authenticity, where people come as they are and leave transformed." Compass has served as a light to many and has made a difference in their lives through Christ Jesus. This is so BIG for the kingdom of God. To continue to make a difference in the lives of others, we must now find a place we can call home.

How Can I Help?In this first phase, we are asking you to really consider making a financial pledge to Compass to help us make this initial goal of $250,000. Help us make this happen; it’s a defining moment in the life of this church and in the kingdom of God.
